LL Decor & Design passes all trade discounts along to its clients in their entirety.

LL Decor & Design has a very simple hourly pricing fee. I charge $175.00 an hour for my time, which includes travel, and all time incurred on behalf of my clients. LL Decor & Design passes all trade discounts along to its clients in their entirety -- most retailers and trade-only partners offer 15-50% discounts off of non-sale items to members of the trade. That savings can often make up the LL Decor & Design fee depending on the size and scope of the project. Clients will be invoiced monthly for time charges and any items for reimbursements/out of pocket expense.
