Over the past 15 years, I have curated a list of distinguished partners, including architects, general contractors, electricians, cabinet makers, fabricators, painters, artisan craftsmen, window treatment specialists, wallpaper specialists, finished carpenters, handymen, wood restoration specialists, and artists, who help me design exquisite spaces. I source products from a wide range of vendors, including (but not limited to) the San Francisco Design Center, mainstream stores, custom furniture makers, custom upholstery specialist, and specialty boutiques and online design retailers. I offer a three-phase process to implement a design plan for your home, which includes:

PHASE 1

A 1-hour introductory meeting. I will come to your home, explore the space, and discuss the project and objectives with you to gain a solid understanding of your vision and goals. I will also take general measurements and pictures of the space and share my decorating and design ideas with you. If it feels like a good fit for us both, I will send you an engagement letter for LL Decor & Design services.

PHASE 2

Upon engagement of LL Decor & Design, I will request a project budget from you. After the project budget has been established, I will begin conceptual sketches and a floor plan layout for your space. Once the design concept is presented and finalized, I will work with the proper subs until project completion. I will also source materials and furnishings for the Scope of Work in a clearly laid out project timeline.

PHASE 3

Installation. After the ordering and completion of necessary work, I will work with you to ensure that furniture placement, artwork installation, and sub-contracted jobs are completed properly. Based upon your specific needs and budget, I can manage all aspects of the installation or work collaboratively with you to get the job done.
